![]() ![]() ![]() It'd be nice if they could work like Affinity Publisher, which can switch to Photo or Designer (their raster and vector apps) modes entirely in app so you don't have to switch around apps, copy/pasting stuff or saving/opening the document between them. Of course, the ClarisWorks/AppleWorks versions need to be matched. Like I can't even do a basic sum table in Pages unless it's all entered statically (so if any numbers change that screws things up too), or page layout in Numbers is pretty much nonexistent if I have to print/PDF something, where there's basically only global page scaling and hoping things look alright. ![]() It worked very well.Īre you on Twitter or just happen to have the same thoughts as that guy there? The following programs and versions are those I consider sufficiently important to keep available on my computers: Microsoft Word 1 (1985), 4 (1989), 5 (1992). It was actually implemented in ClarisWorks for its own document types (word processing, spreadsheet, draw, paint), so not actually inter-application. It was similar in behaviour to what I think OpenDoc would have been. ![]()
